Farmacy Kitchen

Updated: Nov 16, 2019

Lovely Sunday brunch at this lively Notting Hill plant-based restaurant.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, it was busy and bustling but not too loud that you couldn't hear yourself think.

We had artichoke pizzetta sharing to start, because who doesn't love pizza?? Lovely thin crust with tasty toppings.

We then had the Farmacy burger and Japanese bowl for main, both were super tasty - my husband said it's the best burger he's had. As you can see my pic, the Japanese bowls had broccoli sprouts on top (here's the geeky bit) - broccoli sprouts combat cancer in 7 different ways, 3-5 serving per week can lower your risk of cancer 40%!!

Given the healthy broccoli sprouts in the main, we thought it best we have some dessert. We ordered the warm chocolate chip cookie with a glass of homemade almond milk, plus a raw chocolate tart with coconut sauce. The cookie looked very plain when it arrived at the table and we were a bit disappointed (my husband was on the cusp of tears) but we were soooo wrong!! It was absolutely gorgeous - rich, warm, chocolatey but also felt somehow healthy. The raw chocolate tart is also very yummy, the coconut ice cream was definitely the star of the dish.

I finished off with a matcha latte.

I couldn't fault this place other than we wish it was closer to where we live! I'd definitely recommend and will definitely head back when I get the chance.

Tip: book ahead to avoid disappointment.
