January supper club - fully booked!
I’m seeing so many posts recently about people adopting a vegan diet for their health, the animals and our planet, which is absolutely fantastic! However there is so much vegan food out there that is highly processed with high salt and high saturated fat and very few nutrients. These types of food will not help you thrive and get all the benefits of the whole food plant based diet.
The food at our supper club will be freshly cooked with an emphasis on using a wide variety of high quality whole plant ingredients.
It's really great to have so much interest and have a fully booked January supper club!
