Supper Club - 28th February 2020
We love food and want to share this love with others. With our knowledge of plant-based nutrition, we hope to help more people understand that a whole food plant based approach is not only good for you but also delicious!
Our supper club is something different to a restaurant environment, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal and designed to make people feel at home. The food we serve will always be made from quality ingredients (organic and seasonal as much as possible). Everything is homemade.
We welcome people from all backgrounds, plant-based or non plant-based.
So, how does it work? We can take up to 10 people in our converted barn. On arrival you will have a welcome drink with some time to settle in. I will then give a quick introduction (approx 20 minutes) to plant-based nutrition. This will just be an outline on what a well balanced whole food plant-based meal or diet looks like; what to eat to meet all the daily requirement on carbohydrate, fat and protein; notable nutrients on a whole food plant-based diet etc.
You will then have a 3 course meal made by myself with love. People are welcome to come on their own, book in groups or as couples. You will sit at a long table so its great way to socialise and enjoy a fun evening with like minded people.
As with most supper clubs, we are 'bring your own' so please bring any alcoholic drinks if you wish. We will provide soft drinks.
